Conference Registration includes:
- Two and a half days of Technical Sessions
- Participation in Workshops
- Conference Proceedings
- Lunches on Conference Days (with vegetarian option)
- Social Event (with vegetarian option)
- Coffee Breaks
The registration fee does not include accommodation.
Substitutions may be requested at any time. If you wish to substitute a participant, please contact us info@auto-ui.org .
The student rate is available to full time students. Students must provide proof of full-time status, such as a student identification card, on-site at the time of check-in.
People who are on maternity leave or unemployed may request the student registration rate - please mail to info@auto-ui.org
Refund requests must be submitted by e-mail info@auto-ui.org on or before October 1st, 2013. Delivery of refund requests has to be confirmed. A € 50 cancellation fee will be deducted to cover processing costs. AUI2013 cannot accept refund requests after October 1st, 2012.
Payment
Registration forms must be accompanied by payment. Participants may pay for their conference registration by bank transfer or credit cards.
Press Registration
If you are an accredited press member willing to report on the AUI2013 conference, please contact the Conference Office by sending an e-mail to info@auto-ui.org.
Confidentiality
Data that you provide to this conference will not be distributed to anyone without your permission. You will be asked during the registration process which information you are willing to make available in the conference Delegate List. This list will be made available for individual query purposes, to the other attendees. The Delegate List is not provided in bulk form to any outside organisation.
The program is correct to the best of our knowledge, however we reserve the right to make changes to the program, location, speakers without prior notice.
The conference does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
