AutomotiveUI 2014 Call for Sponsors

AutomotiveUI (AutoUI) 2014 invites companies, foundations, institutions, and other entities to support the 2014 conference through financial sponsorship. Your support would be invaluable for the success of Auto UI and we provide several levels of sponsorships with benefits as described below. Principal Sponsor, $15,000

Recognition with company logo as a Principal Sponsor in print, on the web, and in the conference program
Naming rights to the Conference Banquet (Thursday evening) with an opportunity to showcase your company’s product at the banquet.
Distribution of two company-provided promotional sheets and/or two company-provided promotional items as part of registration packet given to attendees.
Three free conference registrations.

Platinum Sponsor, $10,000

Recognition with company logo as a Main Sponsor in print, on the web, and in conference program
Naming rights for either (1) the keynote session; OR (2) Best paper award; OR (3) a reception (other than Thursday’s banquet).
Distribution of one company-provided promotional sheet and/or one company-provided promotional item as part of registration packet to attendees.
Two free conference registrations

Gold Sponsor, $5,000

Recognition with company logo as a Gold Sponsor in print, on the Web, and conference program
Distribution of one company-provided promotional sheet as part of registration packet to attendees.
One free conference registration

Silver Sponsor, $2,500

Recognition with company logo as a Silver Sponsor in print, on the Web, and conference program

Bronze Sponsor, $1,000

Recognition with company name as a Bronze Sponsor in print, on the Web, and conference program

In order to have the most exposure on the conference website and to make sure your organization is included in the printed program guide, we ask that you confirm your sponsorship status by September 5, 2014.

AutomotiveUI 2014 Call for Exhibitors

AutomotiveUI (AutoUI) 2014 will have limited exhibition space, but we welcome those who want to showcase products. Please contact info ('at') auto-ui 'Dot' org or lindaw ('at') uw 'Dot' edu for more information.

All Exhibits include one table, one or two chairs upon request, free wi-fi access in Exhibitor Space and throughout the conference venue,as well as electrical access as needed.

Approximate size of area: 10’ x 2’ with 6’ or 8’ table, $1,000
